All orders are handmade with care! Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your items to be crafted and prepared for shipment. Custom orders may require additional time, which will be estimated during your consultation.
Domestic Shipping
We ship nationwide across the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days once shipped. Expedited options are available at checkout if you need your country charm a little sooner!
International & Local Options
We offer international shipping to select countries! Rates and delivery times vary by location. For our California neighbors, we also offer a local pickup option—simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout to avoid shipping fees.
Rates & Tracking
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Enjoy FREE standard shipping on orders over $75! Once your package is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Country Gals Crafts is not responsible for items lost in transit or delayed by the carrier. However, if your items arrive damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right. Refer to the Returns & Exchanges section in the site footer for more details.
Local Pickup & Delivery
Live near California? Skip the shipping fees and choose Local Pickup at checkout. We'll send you an email notification as soon as your handmade treasures are ready for collection. We also offer local delivery for select zip codes—please check your eligibility at checkout.
