Is your item eligible?
- Items must be returned within a 30-day window of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns.
Ineligible Items: Custom orders, sale items, and used jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

To start your return, please email us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders and sale items are ineligible for returns due to their unique nature.
PACK SECURELY
Items must be in their original, unused condition. Securely package your craft items to prevent damage. We recommend reusing our eco-friendly packaging where possible!
SHIP & TRACK
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We provide return labels upon request (cost deducted from refund). Please use a trackable shipping service.
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your local original payment method. If you prefer, we can also issue store credit for future craft finds! Processing typically begins immediately upon inspection.
Timeline & Details
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our California studio.
- You will receive an automated email notification once your refund is initiated.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total.
- Processing times for banks/credit cards may vary, usually taking 3-10 days to post to your account.
Approximate processing times depend on shipping carrier speed and bank clearance policies. We appreciate your patience as we hand-check every artisanal return!
